DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
A deposit of 10 % of the travelling expenses per person at least 100,00 Euros is
required for all tours. The payment is due when making the reservation.
FINAL PAYMENTS: The final payment must
be made not later than 30 days prior to departure date. Authoritative is the
final credit entry of the amount on the bank account of Maravillas Travel.
Maravillas Travel accepts payment by check, major credit cards or money
transfer. If payment is not received in due, reservation will automatically
cancel without any further reminder and deposit payment become keep back. The
assertion of further damages claims remains inviolate
PARTICIPANTS CANCELLATIONS: All
cancellations must be advised in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to Maravillas
Travel prior to tour departure during normal business hours. For the calculation
of the costs of the cancellation is authortativ the receipt of your letter by
Maravillas Travel. Cancellations received within 8 weeks of departure date are
subject to the following penalties:
8 weeks prior to departure - full refund
56 to 46 days - deposit
45 to 21 days - 25 % per person
20 to 8 days - 35 % per person
8 to 1 day - 50% per person
One day of departure - 100% per person
INSURANCE: For the clients' protection,
we encourage them to purchase a comprehensive insurance in their country. Please
review the clients' health insurance coverage to verify the coverage overseas.
Also review possible baggage insurance. We strongly recommend cancellation
insurance to prevent loss in the event of unanticipated conditions preventing
the clients from taking the trip.
COACH TRANSPORTATION: Coach tours are
usually operated by 48 seat motor coaches. When passengers' numbers are low, a
smaller coach may be used.
TOUR DIRECTOR: The entire land portion
of all motor coach tours is conducted by a professional driver and a tour
director as indicated for each tour.
ACCOMMODATION: Land arrangements are
provided as described in each tour programme. Maravillas Travel reserves the
right to substitute hotels for accommodation in similar categories. MEALS
provided are specified in each tour programme.
LUGGAGE: For the clients' own
convenience only one suitcase per person is recommended. Luggage is carried at
owner's risk throughout the tour Maravillas Travel is not responsible for loss
or damage to passengers' belongings.
UNUSED TOUR ARRANGEMENTS: Maravillas
Travel cannot make any refunds or exchanges for unused accommodations, services
or features of any tour unless agreed upon prior to departure. Claims or
disputes should be submitted to Maravillas Travel in writing no later than 28
days after the end of the tour.
LAW :
Passenger contract with Maravillas Travel is subject exclusively to Spanish Law.
Jurisdiction is Benalmádena.
RESPONSIBILITY: Maravillas Travel is
not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss a
passenger incurs on any tour arising from acts or omissions by any air carrier,
public transport company, hotel or other third persons. Maravillas Travel
accepts no responsibility for mechanical or technological breakdowns, government
actions, weather, acts of God, misconnections or related expenses to / from
flights or other circumstances beyond our sphere of influence.
We reserve the right to accept or retain any person as member of a tour at any
time without giving details about the reason, before or during the actual
operation of the tour. The itinerary shown is planned at this time, but it is
subject to minor revisions should circumstances make such changes necessary.
This will
be not entitled to reduce the price for the journey.
